Intersting things I have noticed

I’ve been reading a lot of weightloss blogs and i’ve noticed a few things.

1. These chickees now have smoking bodies! Go them!!

The other things i’ve noticed is that they’ve had tough times giving up diet coke and chocolate etc… Yay for me!!   I dont drink diet coke, i hardly drink coke at all and I havent had a tim tam in months! We simply dont have them. Wee.. OR if we did the flatmate has already eaten them.

So my battle is half over! Wee…

This week

I need to find a  healthy  breakfast that is  warm and easy to prepare.

Slight problems. I dont like  poridge or anything oaty,  I dont do weetbix,  I am sick of toast  and  the idea of cottage cheese  makes me feel icky.

so your mission is to give me ideas. what do you eat for breakfast?  One friend eats cocopops. I admit they are tasty however not so healthy.  

Last week I had a goal of going to the gym 3 times a week. I did that woo! and guess what! I brought a jacket a few weeks ago after being sick of walking around to my car freezing my arse off except it didnt zip up as the arse was on the way. This week? It zips up. Same with an old hoody I brought. Didnt fit over the arse. Now it does.  

This week I have these goals

Go to gym twice a day, 3 times a week. Listen to ipod thingees i downloaded

Spend less time on the internet. Yes it is a lovely place but its not going to help me loose my arse.

Find something tasty for breakfast.

 

Also in an unrelated matter  I applied for a job the other week the cut off day was last wednesday and now I see the job is up AGAIN until the end of the month. I have heard nothing from the peoples. Hmmm.. Is something wrong with me? I might get one of my mates to check over my CV  as she is totally blunt and to the point. 

anyway its 1036pm and I intend to be in bed by 1030pm yay.
