Ahh.. Petrol.. what happens ?

Reading the newspaper today while at work there was an article that caught my attention  ”Petrol $3 by christmas time” . Yay..  

When I was just a wee thing I thought that by the year 2000 we’d be driving around like the Jetsons

 

George Jetson  gets to drive around in the lil cute thingee. Go to work and moosh his car into a tiny box that slots into  a cubby-hole behind the receptionist desk for him to pick up later. But no Here we are still in the same old 1989 something-o-rather car driving around fighting for a car-park.

So what happens when the petrol eventually runs out? Bush will have no war to fight against “Terrorism” .  Will we have to walk everywhere?  what about diesel? is that along the same lines as petrol? Should we be converting? what about LPG?   Or will we be forced to go back into time and  drive  ye- ole-horse-n-cart?

What will we do? “sorry boss couldnt get in any earlier there was a horse hold up” ?? 

 

Hmm…..  The things I ponder at work.. 

anyway I’m off to finish watching grey’s its the one with the intestines and the bear attack!
